Function: Sales, Account Management, Go-to-Market plan creation and execution.
Scope: Primary target group for launch, Travel Sellers in the Americas region.
Products & Services: Global Payment Processing.

Regional Sales Director, Hospitality
Function: Sales, Account Management.
Scope: Eastern US Region, Global Hotel Chains to Hotel Groups and Independent Hotels. 
Products & Services: Central Reservation Systems, Property Management System, Content Management System, Commission Payment Services, Distribution, Marketing Representation Services.

National Sales Director, Travel Sellers
Function: New Sales and Account Management.
Scope: Gobal Online Travel Agencies and Corporate Travel Agencies. Travel Resellers and Corporate Travel Agencies in the Americas region.
Products and Services: Distribution Services, Content Managment System, Internet Booking Engines, Commission Payment Processing.

VP Business Development
New commission payment product for groups and events. Pipeline development for hotel customers and for corporate travel agencies. Sales and Product support.

Solutions Sales Executive
Function: New Sales, closely working with Account Management team and Product Organization and Marketing Department. Go-to-Market plan creation and development. Solution selling of new eCommerce solution with focus on revenue maximization, guest experience and operations cost optimization.
Scope: Large hotel companies, resorts and casinos in the Americas and Europe.
Products & Services: Distribution Services, Data Analytics and Reporting, eCommerce off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions.

Director Product Marketing
Function: Create Product Strategy for B2B and B2B2C customer segments. Manage all aspects of Product Marketing and Product Management, including Pricing, Distribution Channels, Marketing and Sales Support, Product positioning and Competitive analysis. Create business plan and obtain funding. Work closely with IT and Development Team to assure on time and on budget delivery. Create Go-to-Market plan. P/L responsibility.
Scope: Global travel seller customer segment. Integration of supply side Customers, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, car rental companies.
Products & Services: E-Commerce Product Suite, including Internet Booking Engine, B2B Content and Services Portal, payment services integration. Creation of a white lable Trip Itinerary Solution for travel sellers.

Principal, Product Portfolio
Function: Portfolio Cycle Management, Grow top and bottom line for a Product Portfolio. Revitalize and expand a product that was acquired ten years before (and I was part of the acquisition team). 
Scope: Determine portfolio strategy for all phases of the product lifecycle, including product additions and sunsets as well as regional relevance. Execute portfolio plan and coordinate all respective areas, including Product Marketing, Product Management, and Product Funding. P/L Responsibility.
Products & Services: Comprehensive market-leading travel leisure sales platform, eCommerce (Internet Booking) product, Travel Insurance product, Web Services PaaS (Platform as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service) monetization models.

VP Product Marketing
Function: Responsible for managing parent company’s needs for travel products provided by Rovia, a global tour operator and online travel agency. Create a plan that increases product utilization and provides a structure for scalability. Manage expansion into new countries.
Scope: Parent company’s liaison to Rovia’s executive team. Develop and manage KPI’s and data framework to monitor progress.

SVP Travel Products
Function: Lead Rovia and manage all aspects of operations, procurement, organizational structure, sales and marketing support. Work closely with functions that are provided by parent company, including Finance, Sales, Legal, Customer Service, Marketing, IT, and Business Intelligence
Scope: Global tour operator responsibilities. Country expansion plan concerning travel and regulatory environments. Product Strategy, Product Development, Travel Systems architecture and integration, Customer Satisfaction. P/L responsibility.
