Function: Going Public Audit
Scope: Going Public Audit of Hungarian Hotel Chain.

Outcome: Conducted financial audit as part of a multi-national task force, applying GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), resulting in a positive opinion and subsequent successful stock exchange listing.

Function: Financial Audits and Consulting Projects
Scope: Conducted quarterly financial audits, acquisitions audits, and special projects, such as review of Internal Control Systems for international companies in manufacturing and semiconductor industries.
Outcome: Clients remained long standing business partners, consistently entrusting us with additional projects.

Partner and Co-Founder
Function: Project execution and new business acquisitions
Scope: Business Plan and Strategy consulting for multiple clients and launch of new Point of Sales media business from concept creation, through pilot project phase for the retail business of Germany’s largest gas station provider. 
Outcome: Successful in creation of all business component, followed by pilot project with impressive results, and our client deciding to acquire the rights to take the business inhouse for company-wide rollout. This concept was subsequently adopted by other gas station providers globally.

SVP Travel Products
Function: Lead global tour operator and online travel agency business
Scope: Determine strategic direction of travel products, lead team of 70 team members in travel operations, procurement, sales and marketing support, project management, IT and data analytics, contract negotiations, product strategy and product marketing, and coordinate with parent company departments, including CMO, CFO, CPO, COO, CTO.
Outcome: Assessed low product utilization and limited scalability, organizational structure from a functional hierarchical organization structure to a matrixed empowered organization. Performed digital transformation of traditional tour assembly process to automated digitized process found in mass production-oriented industries, such as car manufacturing. Tour production capability grew from 600 per year to over 6,000 per year. Deployed consumer marketing approach to better understand customer base, made respective product adjustments and grew product utilization from less than 50% to well over 80%.

Executive Assistant to COO
Function: Analyze portfolio of acquired companies and find areas of potentially material improvements for top- and/or bottom-line, build business case for improvements and present business cases to Executive Board for approval, and work with senior leadership of the affiliated company to execute the projects.

Outcome: Improved cost structure by 6%-points of national wholesale company through successfully reengineering processes and automating the company’s warehouse and inventory management system. Executed a strategy to utilize alternative resources to renegotiate a major procurement contract and turned a multi-million-dollar loss-leader entity into a profitable business unit. Analyzed a sudden drop of profit contribution after a company acquisition, identified the route cause and negotiated adjustments, resulting in 5%-margin improvement.
